This might be a true prejudice. The more: Germans like to have each job done till end - no halve things apreciated.
Lets take the war in Iraq as an Excample. After US bombed an officers-club in center of Bagdad to dust, german secret service found out, that there still are iraqi officers meeting there. “Just halve job done” the german Secret Service thought and teased the US guys, send them the coordinates again and confirmed their own prejudices about “Americans make their job only for half”.
But its not true, what Germans think about Americans: Those guys prooved, that they are able to use coordinates and informations and bomb something from dust to atoms - it just take sometimes some more time and sometimes the corrected informations …

One of your readers from the UK already pointed this out during the “German women do not shave I” topic, so I know I’m not the only one thinking this. It seem as though you are presenting as many prejudices towards other countries (mostly America) as you are defend your own. This topic is a good example. Why did you feel it was necessary to slander America when the topic was “Germans are thorough”? You should simply explain that Germans are or are not thorough and leave your own prejudices and the war in Iraq out of it. Seems logical enough to me…

I find your “Germans are thorough” topic annoying and insulting. You Germans seem to have a lot of emotional problems if you have to get so defensive about what other people say about you.
Oh, and Germans are not thorough people because they don’t even START Anything! If you people were thorough you would BE IN IRAQ defending the world from global terrorism like the United States is!!! The United States of America has the most advanced military in the WORLD…we don’t need “More Time” or “Corrected Information”, because we’ll KILL YOU the first time, faster than anyone, especially the lower-class German military.
